This is more than adequate to order 2 x 4 kg Tubs of protein plus extras. If in the rare event your order will not fit please be advised that we will contact you to explain the alternatives that may exclude next day delivery.

The swift, safe and cost-effective delivery of your products is important to all of us here at Protein Bargain. With that in mind we’ve got a number of options open to you, to help you choose the right delivery process for your needs.

Free Delivery with 48-Hour Tracking

  • 2-3 working days delivery time
  • Tracked via Royal Mail over 48-hour period

 All deliveries of our amazing products can be made free of charge, using the Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracked service. Any orders that we receive before 3pm will be packaged and made ready for delivery the same working day, so depending on the time of day you order with us, you can expect your items to arrive within 2-3 working days.

Express Delivery with 24-Hour Tracking

  • 24-hour delivery
  • Only £2.99 additional cost at checkout
  • Free Delivery for customers spending over £20
  • Tracked via Royal Mail over 24-hour period

The other option we offer our valued customers is for a tracked delivery of items ordered, within a 24-hour period. Again, we use the fantastic Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery service and this is available to all customers for just £2.99 on top of your product price. You can easily choose this delivery option at checkout on our site. Alternatively, if you purchase a minimum of 2 products, that cost a combined total of £60 or more on the Protein Bargain web store, you’ll be entitled to free 24-hour tracked delivery of your items.

Delivery Locations and Timeline Information

We have a simple delivery process with the following applied to any products ordered from Protein Bargain and using 24-hour and 48-hour tracked delivery service from Royal Mail.

Delivery to all of UK, which consists of:

  • England
  • Scotland (and all islands and highlands)
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Scilly Isles
  • Jersey
  • Guernsey

Delivery Timeline information:

  • Any orders that are made before 3pm will be sorted, packaged and shipped for delivery that very same day (apart from Saturday and Sunday). All orders that are made after 3pm, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will be picked, packaged and shipped the next working day. 
  • If you choose the delivery option of 24-hour tracked delivery and order prior to 3pm we will always endeavour to send your items in the afternoon post that very same day, though we can never guarantee 100% that next day delivery will be achieved due to rare unforeseen circumstances.
  • Free deliveries will be packaged and shipped for delivery to your address within 3-4 working days. We will always work fast and precise with your online product order and in most cases, depending on the time of your order and your location, you can expect delivery within 2 working days.

Customer Service Information

At Protein Bargain we pride ourselves on the high standard of customer service that we attach to every single customer and every single order that we package and send out. Unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong and when that happens we will do everything in our power to resolve any problems within a fast timeframe, keeping in contact with you throughout the process to ensure that any issues are rectified and communication is honest and transparent between you, our team and the courier in question.

If you do have a delayed delivery of an item, a damaged or tampered parcel upon receipt from the courier, or there are missing items there are a few simple steps we would advise you to take.

  • Take a photograph for proof immediately after receiving the item (if you have damaged or missing items)
  • Send us the evidence/request for missing items quoting your order number
  • We will use this information to start a claims process with the courier
  • Provide us with an email address and mobile phone number so we can keep in touch during the process and to let you know about new delivery times
