Diet Whey Protein Powder Directions
To mix up one serving of Diet Whey in a PhD shaker.

1 - Add to 175ml of ice cold water to you PhD shaker cup.

2 - Add 1 scoop (25g) of Diet Whey powder.

3 - Shake or blend for 10 seconds.

Diet Whey works just as well if mixed in milk, almond milk or coconut milk, just be sure to allow for the nutritional content of any milk you add to the mix.

To mix a super serving just double the scoops and double the water or milk.
Use 2 servings of PhD Lean Degree ‘Maximum Strength’ daily (1 serving = 2 capsules).

Use 1 serving upon waking and the second serving 30 minutes prior to exercise. Alternatively, use 1 serving in the morning and the second serving in the afternoon before 5pm.

Due to the high caffeine content in Lean Degree® ‘Maximum Strength’, do not use after 5pm.
